A family-run business with a strong brand position in the power generation sector in Saudi Arabia.
Situation: The founder was considering retirement and approached Cornerstone to perform a full diagnostic assessment on the company to assess whether the company has the appropriate governance model and practices to allow non-family executives run the company.
Complication: SAW I revealed that the company required a full-potential strategy development as well as re-engineering of critical processes with clear roles and responsibilities, and developing authority matrices for decision-making.
Approach: The development of the full-potential strategy will cover defining the business definition and performing a 5C’s assessment (Company market positioning, Customer assessment, Competition, Cost analysis, and Industry Context)
